Step 1 Clean out your closet.   If you haven't wore it or used it in the last 12 months. Sell it!



Step 2  Sign up for Ebay Store Subscription

step 3  Look at sells comps of your items

step 4  Is there Demand?  This is determined by how many sells comps of the item there are.

 Example 1.  Jab Jab Jab Right Hook has over 30 sells comps.  There is a demand for this book.


Example 2.  Judas by Marvin Meyer has no sells comps.  Therefore has no demand.




 Step 5  Go to USPS.com to figure out shipping cost. If you must, go to your local post office and ask questions.

Step 6. Do the sells comps show $3 to $4 over the shipping cost?  If so you have an item that is profitable.  Given these are items that have set in your home collecting dust.

Example 1.  DVD
Your shipping cost of DVD is $3
Sells comps show you can sell the DVD for $10
You have a profit.

Example 2.  DVD
Shipping cost $3
Your Investment in DVD $3
Sells comps show you can sell the DVD for $10
You still have a nice Profit.

Example 3.  DVD
Shipping cost $3
Your Investment in DVD $3
Sells comps show you can sell the DVD for $7        
There is not enough meat on that bone to even spend your time on it.


Step 7 Upload your item to Ebay for sell. Either Buy now or auction.

 7A. For a guaranteed returns, list it as a buy now.  

 7B. Accept offers and set up a minimum accepted offer.  

 Step 8.  Share the items you have posted on Ebay to your social media accounts.

 step 9.  Sit back and wait for the sell.
