8 Habits Of High Earners

1.  Solving People's Problems

Don't be one of these people who are just out to earn a buck, no matter if the product or service solves the customers problem or not.   If I want to remain in business for along time, I must help solve my customers problems.

A man walks into a computer store to purchase a laptop for the Ecommerces store he wants to start.  Sal greets him and offers to help him find what it is he is looking for.   The man tells Sal He wants a laptop for his online business.  Sal, shows the man a top of the line most expensive laptop in the store passing up less expensive laptops on the way..  As Sal is going through the features, the man says this is way beyond my budget.  Sal, so intent on selling the most expensive laptop says we can finance it for you.   By this time the man is annoyed and thanks him for his time and walks out.

The man goes down the street to another computer store, He greeted by Steve, the man says he is looking for a laptop for his online business. Steve ask the man, a few questions, the man answers and Steve says we have exactly what you need.   Steve show the man a laptop that fits his needs and is well within his price range. The man thanks Steve, as he walks out a happy customer. Who do you think the man is going to refer his friends to?

2. Building Your Network

Your network is your net worth!  Guilty by association is a thing when it comes to earning money.  Always hang out with people who are doing what its you want to do.  "Reach up" as Grant Cardone says.  If you wanted to be a Real Estate Investor, you must go where these people hang out.  Find meetups in your local area. Search Craigslist for investor ads, and call to ask questions.  Sit and image for a moment, that you have a list of Real Estate Investors who are interested in investing in certain types of property.  You also have a list of people who own these types of properties. How long do you think it will take you to earn a million dollars?   Building your network is very important to your net worth.

3.  Multitasking Is Working Distraction

Today with all these media sites, in competition for your attention. It is very easy to get distracted and off course of your dreams.  Multitasking is a form of working distracted, unless you are in the lucky 2% minority group, who can write a blog and do 90 down the freeway without breaking sweat.  I would not advise you to try this as away of testing whether or not you are apart of this group.  To become more productive do one task at a time, turn off all notifications that may distract you from the task at hand.  Why do 2 task half ass?  When you can do 1 task to the best of your ability.

4. Have A Target

Always have a daily , monthly and yearly targets. Don't be the ship at sea with no destination. You may end up somewhere you don't want to be. If your target is financial freedom.  Then you must figure out what that looks like for you?  To me that's earning $10,000 in monthly residual income.  For you that number maybe bigger or you have know idea what your number is.  Take time out from your day and figure out how much you currently earn?  Now image if you made that same amount of money without working.  Would you be financially free?

5.  Kaizen Philosophy

Kaizen is a Japanese word for change for the better.  If you are not constantly trying to improve yourself through books, Youtube videos, online courses, and seminars.  Then your life will become mediocre and stagnate. Also your income or net worth will not change.  Ceos of companies are known for reading over 50 books a year. Why do they read so much?  How would this benefit you if you were to do the same?  Knowledge is power! Applied knowledge increases earning power!

6. Dream Big

If you going to Dream, might as well Dream Big!  A small dream is not as exciting as a big one.  Image if one day in the near future, you achieved your dream.   What would that feel like?   But Dreams are free the Hustle is sold separately.

7. Play The Infinite Game

With big dreams comes responsibilities. One of your responsibilities is make sure you are always playing the infinite and not finite!  What does this mean?  Play the long game.  Business is a marathon and not a sprint!  They say competition is good. Good for who?  The customer , not the Entrepreneur.    Strategies to dominate.

8. Fail Your Way To The Top

Failure is not a bad thing.  Failure to a person who has big dreams of earning a lot of money, uses failure to get better at what they are doing.  When you fail, ask yourself why did this not work?  If you are trying to save $10,000 in a year and last year you didn't save a dime.  What did you do wrong?  Then you look through your finance and see you have a problem. Either a spending or income problem.  Once you figure out the problem, you come up with a solution.   But don't experience failure and quite. because you were unable to achieve what you set out to achieve. That makes you a failure for life, and nobody wants that!
